Five Below: How to Take their Customer Satisfaction Survey

Five Below is an American company that operates several discount stores under its wing in several states. It mainly sells products that cost $5 and below hence the name. The product range they carry is aimed mainly to teenagers and pre-teenagers. However, the company’s stores also carry items aimed at adults. Some of the popular items the company offers for sale include cases for various phones, candy and various snacks, sunglasses, lamp shades, flip flops, branded magnets, beach towels, ice buckets, board shorts, nail polish and so on.

The company invites its customers to take their survey which is available at the website The survey is designed to give the company a way to collect valuable feedback from its customers which it can then use to improve its products and services. The survey is a simple survey and will take you about 5 minutes to complete. Five Below rewards you for taking the survey by giving you the chance to enter its monthly sweepstakes drawing for a $100 gift card. While taking the survey, make sure to follow all instructions given to ensure your answers are correctly entered.
How to take part in the Five Below Survey

You will need:

-To have a valid email address.

-To be able to access the internet.

-To be able to write answers to the survey questions in English.

-To have kept the receipt from the last Five Below store you visited.
Steps to taking the survey

1. Visit the survey website using your favorite browser on your computer or mobile device. Please note that JavaScript needs to be enabled in your browser for you to proceed with the survey.

2. On the welcome page, you will see a message from Five Below thanking you for taking the survey. A text box is provided for you to enter your email address. Once you have entered a working address, click the “Next” button below the text box to proceed to the next page. If JavaScript is not enabled, you will receive an error message at this point.

3. On the next page you will be required to provide some identifying information by choosing the state you are in and the name of the store you visited from the drop down boxes provided. You will then be required to enter the date of your visit and then the value of your purchase rounded to the nearest dollar. All this information is available on your receipt. Once done, click the “Next” button to proceed. An indicator at the bottom of the page marks your progress through the survey.

4. You will then be presented with questions where you are required to provide a rating ranging from 1 which is “Not at all satisfied” to 10 which is “Completely Satisfied” . Select your answers as appropriate and click “Next” to move through the questions. Make sure you read through the instructions provided to understand the different scales since some questions use a different scale from the one mentioned above.

5. At the end of the survey you will be provided with some open ended questions where you can write at length your opinion of and suggestions to Five Below.

6. You will then have a chance to enter the draw for the gift card. If you do not wish to do so, click submit without entering any information.
