New York and Company is a chain of retail stores located in the US with its capital in New York City. Having operated since 1918, it is mainly known for its shorts and pants but is now famous for all women apparel. It is mainly aimed at fashion conscious women aged between 25-45 years.
This is a customer experience survey that has been designed and developed by New York and Company to receive feedback from the customers they serve. Step 2: Enter your email and transaction details required

Fill in the transaction details such as the transaction number, the register number, the date of purchase and the store where the purchase happened. In case of difficulties, at the right hand bottom corner is an illustration of the receipt and the numbers.
Step 3: Answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible
Answer the questions about your experience as honestly as possible. This is the most important part of the survey, leave your honest feedback to better your experience at the next visit to the store. For the multiple choice questions, give the most approximate rating and for the open ended questions honestly narrate your experience.
Step 4: Complete the survey and print the coupon
